Trinity Christian Church of Greater Philadelphia has emphasized on both English and Chinese ministries. In the Chinese ministry, the church will focus on the areas around the church, with all kinds of Gospel ministries for different Chinese groups, and at the same time try to support mission works worldwide.
In the Chinese Ministry, TCCGP has the following important ministries and some are shared with the English Ministry.
- A strong Sunday school since a number of seminary students and graduates from Westminster Theological Seminary have been teaching many classes
- A Biblical Counseling ministry, helping the mental, emotional, relational and spiritual needs of both members and people from the community
- We have over ten fellowship groups, ranging from youth to Evergreen, young professional to married couple, location to age based, for spiritual enrichment and support
- Gospel ministry with a committed brothers and sisters not only leading the Gospel class each Sunday but also through caring and discipleship in three-person journey groups outside of the class
- Certified Theological Training, we started a two-year theological training for many brothers and sisters in 2019, and helped equip the disciples of Jesus Christ.
- Mission ministry includes both local and global work, either through partnering with Philly churches and organizations in local soup kitchen and Hunting Park community VBS, short-term mission trip and online/in-person theological training
Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. (1 Corinthians 12:27)
There is one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to one hope when you were called – one Lord, one faith, one baptism. (Ephesians 4: 4)
“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”(John 17:22, 23)
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Peter 2: 9)
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”(Matthew 28:19, 20)
